About Steamfusion

SteamFusion presents a cutting-edge commercial solution featuring a steam wand tailored for the rapid cooking of eggs, porridge, soup, and more, all achieved within seconds.

 

The SteamFusion team comprises consultants from the food industry as well as doctors and dietitians who recognised a critical need for high-quality nutrition in NHS hospitals that is not currently being met. Motivated by this, they made it their mission to develop a solution that enables wards to serve freshly cooked, highly nutritious food to patients while significantly reducing food waste. SteamFusion empowers catering staff to prepare and serve single portions efficiently, addressing the pressing issue of food waste in the NHS and enhancing patient care through better nutrition.
